Case Study & Application Writing & Distribution |
|

Description
A case study/application story provides news about a
project you have done for a client that is relevant to
other people in the same situation. Often this involves
supply of a product or service that overcomes a problem
for your customer. (Also see details about
product, service, event and announcement releases.)
Editors will be more inclined to publish factual case
studies, rather than ones that are disguised
advertisements.
Case studies can carry more detail than say a simple
product release. They are between 400 to 600 words in
length and are offered to a range of targeted media –
print, broadcast and online.
Benefits
Case studies demonstrate capability, expertise and help to
shape perceptions of the company or brand. In marketing,
they show how a customer benefits from a particular
product or service. This provides proof to other potential
customers with similar problems that you may have the
solution and will help prompt sales enquiries.
Action
Use the case history release form to brief us. The simple
questions will help you to give us the details we need to
write an effective case history release.

Standard service is 3 working days.
However this can not be
guaranteed as case studies often require third party
co-operation in providing information and giving final
approval to copy. An express 24 hour service is not
available due to the probable involvement of third parties
in approving copy.
Good quality supporting photography is important. It is
FREE to upload pictures with your briefing form. We will
make them available to editors on the CLICKintoPR web
site. A picture greatly enhances the chances of
publication.
New users please follow the
registration instructions to get started.
Existing users please log in top right of your screen.
Limitations
Don’t expect one case study release to change the world.
People need to see your message repeatedly. Consider a
series of releases that have consistent themes so that
messages are reinforced over time to build customer
confidence. Frequent releases also help build more links
to your web site to capture even greater traffic.
